When the fruit begins to turn yellow and soft, and tiny cracks appear at the top, it is time to harvest, otherwise, when the fruit is fully mature and cracks open, it will be difficult to collect. Put the harvested fruit in a cool place to dry for a few days, remove the impurities, and then you can collect and store it.
