Guanghongwan is a perennial succulent plant belonging to the beautiful cactus genus, which was previously known as Lobivia but is now mostly merged into the cactus genus. Guanghongwan is spherical, with a diameter of only 4 centimeters, and the body is green. With abundant sunlight, the body color will deepen and turn reddish-brown. Excessive exposure can cause sunburn, and the color of the body is related to the intensity of sunlight. Mature bodies easily produce offspring balls. Guanghongwan has 5-10 radial spines, no central spines, new radial spines are white-yellow, and old spines are slightly yellow. Guanghongwan flowers are slender, with a funnel-shaped flower tube, the sepals are hairy, the flowers are orange-yellow, and they are very beautiful, blooming from late spring to early summer. When Guanghongwan blooms, at least half of the body needs to be exposed to strong sunlight for a day for the flower buds to bloom easily. Guanghongwan is a relatively easy-to-bloom variety. If too much water is given during the flowering season, the flower buds tend to fall off directly. Guanghongwan flowers are relatively large, about 5 centimeters.
