Preparation before Planting Ground Roses
1. -- Check Soil Quality --
If it is fertile garden soil, no special soil improvement is required, but if it is sandy and stony or filled with construction waste, soil improvement is necessary before planting.
Note: Long-neglected compacted and poor-quality land should also be improved before planting. Low-lying ditches and muddy land are not suitable for planting roses.

In summer, water evaporates quickly, and the special soil that comes with the rose seedlings does not retain water as well as soil, which often dries up faster. Since the new roots have not grown yet, if water is not replenished in time, the roses may dry up, so this point needs attention.
6. -- Top-Dressing --
About 15 days after ground planting, when new roots have grown, you can apply top dressing. If no base fertilizer was added, you can bury a small amount of fermented organic fertilizer around the root zone, making sure not to touch the roots directly.
